The Grove

Designed by Guna Collaborative and developed by Carbon Group, Tigard Grove is designed to utilize the site's natural features and high-density zoning to create a community-focused environment. The project incorporates amenities such as playgrounds, dog runs, exercise rooms, co-working areas, and outdoor open spaces for social engagement. The townhomes will feature wood construction, while the three multistory buildings will utilize wood-themed panels and brick veneers to enhance the village aesthetic.

To increase walkability and community, shared spaces and walkways are positioned throughout the development. The design integrates thoughtfully with the natural terrain, avoiding the typical terracing in favor of a more organic, meandering layout. The use of pavers, pink blossoming trees, and green roofs will bring a crafted feel to the development and help create a unique site for Tigard residents.
